PRICING:
• 5R PRICING. All umbrella costs shown in this catalog include one color/one panel imprint. Prices shown are guaranteed through 12-31-08.
• Each additional imprint $1.58 (R) per color/per panel up to three (3) colors.
• Four (4) colors or more, contact Customer Service for quote.
• Sleeve Imprint: $1.65 (R).
• Tie Strap Imprint: $1.50 (R).
• Screen charges: $60.00 (V) per color. Screens are retained for one year from last use. If more than one year new screen charges will apply.
• Repeat orders/Set-up: $15.00 (V) per color.
• Wash charge $25.00 (R) per color.
• PMS match charge: $16.70 (R) per color.
• No charge to match color of umbrella, bag, blanket, or rain wear. See page 34 for standard colors.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
Vector artwork preferred in the following Vector Programs:
• Adobe Illustrator 13.0 or lower (.ai, .eps, .pdf)
• Outlines must be created for all text
• PC Format
Non-Vector artwork we will accept:
• Art must be created to size
• Black and White camera-ready art
• Photoshop CS or lower at 300 DPI
• No multi-colors acceptable in NON-VECTOR FORMAT
Proofs:
• Paper Proofs at no charge.
• Electronic proofs provided if requested at no charge.
• Virtual proofs: $16.70 (R) Virtual Proof is provided for placement of logo and color on umbrella. Color may differ from actual printed product.
Additionally:
• Art will be sized to both product specifications and production requirements.
• Typesetting: $38.00 (R).
• Art clean up charge: $60.00 (R) per hour.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:
• Imprinted items 10-15 business days from receipt of order with acceptable artwork.
• No imprint (blank) 3-5 days from receipt of order.
• Availability of orders over 600 pieces/confirm inventory in advance with Customer Service email

SAMPLES:
• First sample is at no charge. Must supply UPS or FED EX# Must indicate method of shipment.
• Additional samples will be billed at end column price. Must supply Credit Card information. VISA, MC, and AMEX accepted.
• Samples not returnable.
• Samples are accepted via email: samples@rainkist.com

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
$33.33 (R) processing fee plus any actual cost incurred.

 

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES:
• $90.00 per piece (R)/ includes screen and a one color/ one panel imprint plus freight.
• Each additional screen is $60.00 (V) plus extra printing and PMS charges if necessary.
• Upon approval of Product Proof - Screens will not be billed again for the order
• Re-setup charges apply if customer repeats order within a year

MINIMUM ORDER:
36 pieces per style for umbrella
24 pcs per style for Fold - Up Line
Umbrellas can be mixed - Logo and imprint color must be the same.
Absolute minimum: 24 pieces per style imprinted.
(LTM applies.)

LESS THAN MINIMUM CHARGE:
$41.65 (R).

RUSH CHARGE:

$83.35 (R) Less than 10 day production.
Call Customer Service for approval.
$165.00 (R) for 3 to 5 day production.
Call Customer Service for approval.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS:
All orders are subject to a 5% over/under run.

DROPS SHIPS:
$5.85 (R) - First two are no charge.
Price includes Remailer box and labor. Over 10 Locations - Must provide Excel Spread sheet.

NORMAL PACKING:
Bulk.

REPAIRS/RETURNS:
Must be authorized in advance.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery. Rainkist will not be liable for any damages after 72 hours of delivered goods.
